What is Thought Field Therapy?
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is about returning the mind, body and feelings to a state of balance and harmony so you are not limited by negative emotions.
Even though we are supposedly designed to recover from negative life experiences or thought patterns, we can be affected by recurring emotions from past events such as relationships, trauma and loss.
This technique works rather like acupuncture by stimulating the body’s energy meridians.
No needles are used
-instead the patient finger taps on various parts of the body.
Results are amazing as emotional problems frequently disappear in minutes.
TFT was invented and developed by Dr Roger Callahan, a distinguished
clinical psychologist in America.
