I offer help in a diverse number of different areas using a combination of counselling, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and life coaching. I advocate using an eclectic approach for two very important reasons. First, each client is differnet and brings their own very unique experiences, personality and characteristics. Second, each problem can also be treated using different approaches, some of which may be more suited.
